Unlike many traditional cotton candy products, we do not use artificial colouring in our fresh cotton candy clouds. We love the soft, fluffy white look — it’s part of the dreamy “tutu” experience and lets the real ice cream flavours shine.

Our cotton candy is also made fresh to order and served immediately — unlike many commercial cotton candy products that are pre-packed in plastic packaging to preserve them on shelves. By spinning each cotton candy cloud fresh on the spot, we avoid unnecessary packaging while keeping every tutu light, airy, and fluffy just as it should be.

The result is a fresher, softer, and more magical dessert experience.

One thing that surprises many people is how little sugar is actually used to create our signature cotton candy cloud. Each fresh cotton candy tutu is made using only around one small spoonful of sugar, spun into a delicate texture that looks far bigger than it really is.
